We’re confident you’ll love our cinnamon rolls — but if your order isn’t what you expected, we want to know!
Just email us at with your order number, a quick note, and a photo if something was off. We believe in second chances and will make it right.
*Refund Policy Terms: This refund policy applies only to single roll purchases. XL orders (event, catering, group orders) are non-refundable once made. If something’s not right with your order, please email us within 3 hours of delivery so we can make it right — requests after that window may not be eligible for a refund. A photo may be required for verification. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected misuse or abuse, including multiple requests from the same customer, email, or payment method. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
