*Refund Policy Terms: This refund policy applies only to single roll purchases. Event, catering, or group orders are non-refundable once delivered. If something’s not right with your order, please email us within 6 hours of delivery so we can make it right — requests after that window may not be eligible for a refund. A photo may be required for verification. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected misuse or abuse, including multiple requests from the same customer, email, or payment method. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
